Most pharmacies take our telehealth prescriptions, with the exception of Walmart and Sam’s Club franchises.

what happens if I miss my appointment?
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
At Proper Telehealth, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. To ensure availability for all patients, we ask that you carefully review our scheduling policy.
- Please be logged in and ready for your appointment 5 minutes early.
- Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or changed within 12 hoursof the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full appointment fee.
- Patients who arrive more than 5 minutes lateor fail to attend their appointment will be considered a no-show and will forfeit the full appointment fee.
- Exceptions for true emergencies may be granted at the provider’s discretion.
- By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
